Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
ORDER CANCELLATION IS NOT POSSIBLE ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED.
In case of any issues with the delivered product the customer must write to us within 24hrs of the delivery at Daily-Fresh ice creams.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails. Customer can also call us at our customer service number +91 9841266888, which remains open from Monday to Saturday between 10.30AM to 06.30PM (IST) except declared holidays. No refund/replacement will be entertained post 24hrs.
LIST OF NON-RETURNABLE OR NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS
Due to the perishable nature of our ice cream products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered. The following products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Ice Creams: Once delivered, ice creams cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are perishable and must be consumed immediately to maintain quality.
- Specialty Flavors: Custom or limited-edition flavors created specifically for your order cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Bulk Orders: Orders for large quantities of ice creams, such as catering or event orders, are non-returnable or exchangeable.
- Damaged Packaging: We take utmost care in packaging our ice creams, but once delivered and if the packaging is damaged after receiving, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
REFUND POLICY
If the item is damaged or out of stock, the order will be automatically cancelled and the amount will be refunded in 9 - 10 working days.
IN CASE OF ANY ISSUE WITH THE DELIVERED ITEM MAIL US AT admin@mhaiankulfi.com WITHIN 24 HRS OF THE DELIVERY . NO REFUND / REPLACEMENT WILL BE PROVIDED POST 24 HRS.
